You may never find one in better condition. Vinyl is in excellent condition, the lack of spindle marks near the centre hole suggest it may have never been played and the sleeve (original from 1979) is still in VG+ condition. Includes a recent copy of the original 1979 press release sheet.

Most UK versions of this release say Chrysalis Records Limited. A small handful were pressed instead with '2 Tone Records' embossed into the label.

Standard pressing with gripper grooves / cogs around the edge of the centre label. We supply this item with a copy of the original Press Sheet that was produced from the 2 Tone Office in Camden Town and incorporates artwork of a pistol that I believe was drawn by Jerry Dammers.

Vinyl is near mint condition - you will struggle to find a better one, the standard Stiff sleeve is a bit worn. Baggy Trousers sold 635,000 copies in the UK. The first few hundred thousand pressings had plain green labels. To feed the continuing demand, they were then repressed with blue labels. However, as the story goes, there was growing disquiet amongst the band at the error in the writing credit on the label for Baggy Trousers which included Mike Barson, as well as the actual writers; Chrissy Boy and Suggs. In the end apparently Chris asked Stiff that if any further copies were to be pressed that Mike's name be removed. The final editions to be pressed were this alternative style label in green (similar to the Irish edition) and a handful more of the blue label version, both versions with Mike's name removed.

Usually it is the ruby vinyl pressings that are the rare pressings...not so for the Los Palmas 7 canteen edition however - with these it is the black vinyl version that is the rare one. Excellent condition.

This 7" is from last batch of UK 7"s to be pressed of It Must be Love in 1981, it came in a Stiff Records company sleeve and has slightly lighter / brighter colours on the printed labels and much smoother shaped 'drops' in the vinyl shape beneath the centre labels. There is no difference in the text printed on the labels so these minor differences are for the serious collector only. A very similar pressing exists with the last few UK pressings of 'Shut Up'. Excellent condition but please don't buy if you are likely to be disappointed by the very subtle differences from the standard pressing.

Very hard to find sleeve, strangely the fold out poster sleeve is far more common. Vinyl is excellent but sleeve was printed on very thin paper and is quite creased at the edges. The rarest commercially released Madness UK 7" single of all time. This item, released by Virgin in 1987 in just a plain black sleeve was such a 'soft release' that it was not even announced in Music Week (the industry magazine that's known for publishing every new release). A very sought after collectors's item.

The vinyl and sleeve are both still in excellent condition. The sleeves were printed on very thin paper so are typically found with split edges and in quite poor condition. The sleeve for this one is in the best condition we have seen for some years, the sleeve has a tiny amount of wear at the edges, vinyl will be sent in separate plain sleeve to prevent major splits.
